Sonoma County Centralized Eligibility List (CEL)
Internet-based, countywide database of families applying for subsidized child care, which is accessed by many agencies in the county that provide state subsidized child care.
Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County (4-C’s)
Provides resources and referrals for child care services. Operates 11 child development centers throughout Sonoma County for income-eligible families. Also offers a parent-choice voucher program for low-income families, and food and nutrition programs for licensed child care providers.
SRJC Children’s Center
Provides child care for Santa Rosa Junior College students, staff and faculty. Subsidized care and full cost slots are available for children ages 6 months to 5 years.
California Parenting Institute (CPI)
Offers a range of services for Moms & Dads of newborns through teens, including: low-cost classes and workshops, support groups, in-home visits, parent support advice line, and many other programs.
Early Learning Institute
Provides developmental assessments, intervention, education, advocacy, support and other services to young children and their families through proactive partnerships with these families, other professionals and community services.
Parent’s Place Family Resource Center
Offers a drop-in center with organized play times for young children, consultation and counseling services for parents and families. Also runs a child care bulletin board to match caregivers with parent needs, and a lending library. Provides parent education workshops on site and at pre-arranged worksites or child care sites
